Garden sage - seeds
Perennial plant. Seeds are sown straight into the ground in 30 - 40 cm rows in April. Seeds should be covered with a 1 cm layer of soil. The material used includes leaves and the green parts, which are used for making an herbal tea for rinsing the oral cavity and the throat. The decoction is used to treat frostbite, burns, dandruff and hair loss. Sage leaves are also used as a spice for meat and fish dishes.
