Garden watercress - seeds
The plant is eaten especially in the winter and spring period as a rich source of vitamins and minerals. It can be sown throughout the year into pots and outside in the spring. Sowing in several layers of moist lignin can also be used. An excellent method of sprout production under home conditions are the use of a specially-designed three-level sprouter.
